How to change all folders simultaneously to not be grouped?

I have a user who has many folders in his personal folders and he doesn't
want to change them one at a time to view as not grouped. Can he change them
all at once and then just change a couple back to grouped in Outlook 2003?

Only when they share the same (unmodified) view. Otherwise define a new view
and apply it on first use of the folder. Also see;
