How to change address for all contacts?

A business which whom I deal has changed its address. Is there an easy way
to change the address for all contacts at this company without having to
change each contact's address manually (i.e., without doing a copy and
paste)?

Take a backup of your PST file, then export your Contacts to an Excel
file. You can then do a replace-all (CTRL-H) to change the addresses,
and import it back into your Contacts. (I don't know if you have to
delete the old contacts first; you'll have to experiment with that.)
