How to cancel sending a read receipt?

Outlook is trying to send a read receipt. Unfortunately it is on an account
that I can only receive email in, but can't connect to send from. The read
receipt is not showing in my Outbox, presumably because it is not a "normal"
message.

How can I show it in the Outbox, or delete it to stop Outlook from giving an
error message at every send/receive?
