how to build pocket pc apps with VS2005 express beta

what do i need to be able to make applications for windows mobile 2003 second
edition. i cant figure out for the life of me what to download that will let
me build SDE projects. any help would be greatly appreciated, you can email
me briefly with a link at (e-mail address removed) thanks

Smart Device applications are not supported by the Express editions.
