how to block user from parental controls

I KNOW HOW TO SET UP PARENTAL CONTROLS BUT HOW DO U BLOCK YOUR CHIND FROM
GOING IN TOTHE CONTROL PANEL AND CHANGE IT BACK

Thanks for the note. In general, Parental Controls works best when you
configure a computer with an administratyor account whic is password
protected and used by the parents. The kids on the computer would each have
their own Standard user account. As Standard users, the kids can't chnage
Parental Control settings, since they would not have the administrator
account pasword.
