How to block readers from accessing word document

Hello, I have private documents that Iam wrting on a shared computer, I was
wondering if there was a way to block others from reading my work on Word

Use a secure password against opening them, or create user profiles on the
PC and don't give the password of your profile to other users.

Where do I go to protect my documents from others to view?

Set a password to open in tools > options > security AND DON'T FORGET IT!!!
(Word 2007 SaveAs dialog - Tools > General Options)
