how to be expert in macro

i would like to have a good hand in macro as i don't know nothing about it
though people think it helps alot so how i can get free information about
learning from a to z ......

If you go to the Macro design window in Access, and select each Action one
by one, and then press F1 key, this is a convenient way to see Help topics
for each action. In my opionion, mostly they are well explained.
