How to backup Active Directory

Hi guys,

What are the procedures in backing-up Active Directory? I am planning to upgrade my Server but the thing is it is the Domain Controller.

Controller.

Backup AD: Backup SystemState on the DC using NTBackup.
(It's a checkbox on the DCs browse list below the files.)

Also consider installing another DC: server->DCPromo so you
have that too.

BUT Backup is a REALLY good idea -- and do it regularly.
