How to avoid???

hi...
windows xp
how to avoid welcome or log in screen?

before i reinstalled the windows i could start my windows with no
welcome screen or login..
now i find that here is only to option...welcome or login...
how i can avoid these two and start the windows with out clicking
on...

1. Go to Start/Run and type in: control userpasswords2 and press ok.

2. On the Users tab, clear the Users Must Enter A User Name And Password
To Use This Computer check box and then click OK.

3. In the Automatically Log On dialog box that appears, type the user
name and password for the account you want to be logged on each time you
start your computer.

Also:

Add Control User Passwords2 to the Control Panel (Line 1)

Or

Download and install tweakui for xp and use its auto-logon feature.

Start - Run the line
control userpasswords2

There uncheck the box 'Users must give a username', click Apply and
enter the username and password (if any) that is to be assumed
