How to Auto- Empty Deleted Items when users log off.

Is there a global setting or something instead of doing it on each users
profile?

I know of no way to do that. Besides, that should be at
each users discretion.

I have worked it out by using office policy templates with group policies.....

and the discretion of the users is fine as long as its what I want them to do.

Not always right. Sorry. Discretion of users, glad that I don't work in your
organization. I see so many posts where a person is in dire need to retrieve
a message that was accidentally deleted. When it occurs in your
organization, and it's truly important, buzzy will fret.
 
Please could you let me have some more details as we are going to do the
same. Thanks
