How to attach an email message as an attachment

Hi all. I am using outlook 2003. I would like to know how can i attach an
email message as an attachment in outlook 2003. Thks in advance.

1) Drag the message from the folder it is in into the message.
or
2) Insert - Item, find the item and click Ok.
