How to arrange start menu by alphabetical order

how do i arrange the start thing in lower left to alpha betical order. I
click start then i click all programs and they aren't in order.
 
lol how pathetic i can't believe i didn't see that. for some reason i spent
all my time looking in folder options. thanks for the help
