How to apply rules before Junk filter.

Is there any way to apply specific rules to incoming email BEFORE it gets
sent to the Junk Email folder? -OR- Is ther a way to apply specific rules to
the junk email folder?

What I'd like to do is have obvious X-rated emails (one's that have specific
language in the subject) permently deleted, instead of being sent to the junk
email folder where I have to see the language before deleting it manually.

Thanks for any assistance you can offer.
