How to apply code to MVB to auto add contacts when sending mail

Hello

I have already visited the outlook site to adda code to
MVB in order to auto-add contacts when replying to emails,
as an item is sent, I want its email adress and name to be
stored. I have never used MVB before, but I had a crack
at it, and failed, please could you run me through the
proceedure (in more detail than found at the following

Do you really mean VB? Or do you mean Visual Basic for Applications (VBA),
the coding environment built into Office programs? If you're new to Outlook
