How to apply a conditional formula ?

How to apply a conditional formula ? How do I apply a conditioanl
formula to column so if a number is above 12 then it will be green.

SSVegetto, select the column, format conditional formatting, cell valve is
greater than or equal to 12, click format and pick green for the font or
background color, OK, OK

You probably want a conditional format, not formula?

Select the cell or range and click Format > Conditional Formatting.
Make selections to say Cell Value Is Greater than 12.
Click the little Format button. Go to the Patterns tab and click o
the yellow square. Click OK a couple of times.
