Just make sure that you have submitted your site to google search engine.
When google bots crawls your site then your page will get indexed and in
next update cycle your page should appear. Depending on the content of your
page and how high it is ranked the search will show it accordingly.

Title and Description are very important meta tags. Keyword meta tag does
not play that important role these days. If you want we can take this SEO
