How to alphabetize names in a category in Outlook?

2003 Outlook.
I view by Categories.
Within a category of customers, how do I alphabetize them in
ascending order?

Customize your view.
Don't click on the Column header. You'll be sorry if you do.

In 2003 this is a hassle, but if you sort by name before you group by
category it will retain the alphabetical order. Use the Group By box and
drag the Column Header Categories into it after you have sorted by name.
