How to allow only one check box to be selected within a set of ch.

Hi:
I am creating a form for our website with multiple questions. I would like
each of the questions with check boxes to only allow one possible answer.
How do I accomplish this?

You would make them option groups. But, you say you are doing this for a
website. Are you using Microsoft Access?

Thanks Rick. When I try to Group the objects it is grayed and not available.
