How to adjust spacing between lines of wrapped text ?

Is there any way to adjust the vertical spacing between wrapped lines of text
within a cell?
 
Format>Cells>Alignment>Text Alignment>Vertical>Justify.

As you increase the height of the cell the spacing will increase.
