How can I add this or other Microsoft discussion group to Outlook 2003?

you can't add it to outlook (you can use RSS feeds, but most are just read
only - newsgator will pull newsgroups as RSS). You can add it to Outlook
Express, use msnews.microsoft.com as the server name.

You are not able to Peter. Outlook uses Outlook Express as the newsreader.
You will need to set up this and other groups in OE.

I haved added this group to OE and sync all messages but it does not contain
all the messages.
