how to add mass-mailing list to my contact list

I received a mass-mailing email, and all the recipients shown in To field.
how can I add these recipients in my contact list in one step?
I am using Outlook 2002.

Your help would be much appreciated.

First, whoever is sending mass mail and not using mail merge or the BCC
field needs some education....this is generally considered bad practice.

There's no way to add mail recipient addresses to your address book in
Outlook unless you copy them and add them manually, AFAIK, even if it's a
single contact.

right click on each name and add it to the contacts list. or get a third
party program that does it automatically. There are several available - look
for them at slipstick.com.
