How to Add Chapter Numbers to EndNote Citiations?

Hi there,
How can I add Chapter Numbers to EndNote Reference Lists and the Citations
in the middle of the text?

I'm using MS Word 2003 under Windows XP MCE2005, and EndNote 9.

You'll need to ask EndNote experts, sorry.

Basically, you'll need to make sure the chapter number is in a field in
the EndNote reference somewhere, and then create custom references
styles for the in-text citation and the reference list that calls the
field holding the chapter number. Check the manual and Help in EndNote
for more on custom reference styles.
