How to add an item to a right click menu in Outlook?

We have a company policy that requires users to save all e-mail
pertaining to a job in that jobs directory on the server. Right now
they have to highlight the e-mail, click file -> save as, then change
the type to .msg. Is there a way to first add that saveas option to
the right click menu when they right click on the e-mail and second to
default the save as type to .msg?

You cannot hook up the popup menus in Outlook, but you can add a button to a
toolbar to save the selected message(s) in an MSG format.
