how to add an extra inbox in outlook 2002

Hello, I have a win2k machine with officeXP on it. I am trying to add an
extra inbox to a user who has delegate rights to another account. I followed
the instructions in the outlook help file. That is to:
1. On the Tools menu, click E-Mail Accounts.
2. Click View or change existing e-mail accounts, and then click Next.
3. In the list, click the Exchange account type, and then click Change.
4. Click More Settings, and then click the Advanced tab.
5. Click Add, and then type the mailbox name of the person whose mailbox you
want to add to your user profile. If you do not know the mailbox name of the
person, contact your administrator.

I have done this successfully on other machines but on one when I click Add
in the 5th step I get an error box saying "The name could not be resolved.
The action could not be completed."
As if I had typed a wrong name in the normal dialogue box that pops up.

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks.

Ive tried it on other computers and it works but not for her profile. Our
users have roaming profiles, so even logging onto a different computer than
hers it still gives the same error. Even though the person who uses that
computer normally does not get that error. So i can see that the problem is
with her profile, i was just looking to see if there was anoher fix other
than deleting and rebuilding her profile.

Don't rebuild her Windows profile but just her mail profile;
Control Panel-> Mail-> button Show Profiles...

Thanks for the help. I didnt think to rebuild her email profile so i did
rebuild her windows profile and it worked fine after that. I have no idea
what could have caused the problem in the first place but oh well.
