How to add a shortcut directly under the start menu

Hi,

Does anyone know how to add a shortcut directly under the start menu.(not
under program files)

Found it:
Go to extra resources and fill in
%SystemDrive%\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\
in the destination path.
