How to add 3rd party CSP to Certificate Templates?

I'm trying to figure out how to add a 3rd party CSP to a Certificate Template
in Windows 2003/XP Certificate Authority.
I've installed the CSP prior to installing the Certificate Authority, but it
still doesn't appear in the available CSPs list when creating Custom
Certificate Templates.
