How to adapt (replace products, customers and suppliers) Nortwind.

Nothwind Traders is exactly fulfilling my needs for my company. Is there an
easy way to adapt the work that has already been done by creating Northwind
Traders through just repalcing the products, customers and suppliers? If
anybody would give me some guidelines how to proceed, it would be great! The
detailed kowledge how to work with Access i have already studied in books.
That is not my problem. I already have a register for each of these groups.
My problem is how to put in these groops and for example connect the right
product to the right suplier etc.

* Make a copy of NorthWind.

* Delete all Records in all Tables

* Do a Compact & Repair

You should then have a blank database ready for you to enter your own data.

Alternatively, you can create a new blank database and import all objects
from NorthWind to the blank data with the option "Structure Only" and not
"Structure and Data". Ensure that you check other options like
"Relationship", "Menu", etc ... in the import process.
