How to activate macros on Excel 2003

After installing the new office 2003, Macros on excel don't work. How can
activated Macros on Excel to accept or create new chart? Note. Word is not
problem.
 
Check your Macro Security.
Tools | Macro |Security
Reduce to Medium to get the opportunity to run unsigned macros in open
workbooks. You may want to check out the Help Files About Macro Security and
Macro Security Levels.
