hi folk

I need to access shared resources on a winXP computer inside a domain from
a non-domain ( outside) computer in a workgroup. How can i do that????

from within the parent domain i see and access all shared resources on that
computer (WinXP Pro) but any other non-domain (Workgroup) computer I can´t
access any resources on the XP.

This happing only with the XP computer. all other shared resources are
visible and usable from any "other" non-domain computer.

Any tips, help or advices???

Thankx

You cannot use any domain rights, but you can use local rights.

Make sure you either have an account with the same name and
password on the server as of the user trying to access it or use
guest access, i.e. enable the Guest account on the server and
make sure Guest has sufficient rights and is not impeded by
adverse policies.
