How to Access Win2k with XP Remote Desktop

On my home network, I am trying to access one system
running Win2k with Remote Desktop on another system
running XP, but I don't know how. What do I need to setup
or install on Win2K so I can access it with XP. Thanks for
your Post.

As a followup to Al, you can install Terminal Services in Remote Admin
mode IF you are running a Win2K Server system...
