how to access vedio memory using VC

Thanks for your attention!
But I am indeed bewildered by a problem.
Now I intend to use VC to access vedio memory, then I would cut the contents
in memory into pieces so that different parts could be put into other
different vedio cards' memory. I believe that it's the theory of the TV
wall.
So could anyone please tell me whether my thought is available? If it is
yes, then I need a further answer: how could I achieve that using VC?

Thanks a lot! I would appreciate your attention and answers!

Adrian,
This doesn't appear to be a Microsoft Access question...
This newsgroup deals with Microsoft Access, a relational database
application.
You'll have better luck posting this question on a video associated
newsgroup.
