How to access Disk Properties sheet for HDDs in Computer Managemen

I can access HDD Property sheet for some drives in Computer Management by
right clicking drive and click Properties, but one HDD causes the system to
hang when I click the Properties option, while the other 2 HDDs open the
Properties sheet correctly. What causes the error and system hang for one
drive and not for other drives?? System hangs when I right ckick the HDD in
My Computer, but all other HDDs open the Properties sheet correctly.

Something may be funky in
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\ContextMenuHandlers
and/or
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Drive\shellex\PropertySheetHandlers
