How the Get the WM_DEVICECHANGE Message in XPE

Hello.

which component do i add in my project in Target Desinger ?
the system can broadcast the WM_DEVICECHANGE Message

the USB device could be detected by System
but
the DVD Rom could not be detected

tell me how to resolve this question ,please
