How to setup the auto lock, when user are not at their
station with in 5 minutes...

use the display properties

it's free

right click on the desktop, select the "Screen Saver" tab and set the screen
saver for 5 minutes. Then check the "on resume, password protect" box next
to it.

Voila...done and free
