I have a notebook that I frequently connect to two different networks
in two different locations. Every time I connect to a different
network I have to change the IP address, and DNS servers manually.

Is there any way to set up two network connections for the same
network card and only have one active at a time so that I can change
the settings more easily?

Google for NETSH

Look at NetSH or something like NetSwitcher.

I take it that DHCP is not available in either/both locations?
