How repair Windows Mail?

Once I got not enough place on my hard disk and Windows Mail has been opened
with strange folders called Draft or 01-30-2009 17-54-27. My rules with my
own folders have been erased.
How to repair and to have my old version of Windows Mail?

The easiest way to deal with this problem is to upgrade to
Windows Live Mail: http://download.live.com/wlmail

You can try compacting and repairing the database (see
www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), but its likely you need to move everything out of
the message store location (see www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx) and then once
its setup again, you can drag the old messages from Explorer back into
WinMail folders.
