How remove '[spam]' that all recipients receive in email subject b

When I send an emai all recipients have "[SPAM] " appearing in the subject
line.
How did it get there and how do I get rid of it?

It appaears whether I send one email or copy it to more than one.

Help. thanks.
 
That's probably a mail server adding it so you can't control it.
 
I switched my mail server to my domain hoster and we turned off the spam
filter and it seems to have stopped all my messages from lsiting [spam].
