How quickly can I go back to Word 2003?

I've been using Word for 12 years and this is the first time I've been
induced to search a Word- or Office-related forum. The previous UI was just
fine and this new one is a major hinderance to productiivty. It's akin to
hiding the radar's location in an airplane's cockpit and telling the pilot,
"Go fly the plane cross-country. You'll be so much more productive!" I think
I speak for most people when I say that most of us don't have the time to
unlearn what we've been doing our entire careers. Either we go back to 2003,
or delete the phrase "Word Expert" from our resumes.
 
You don't really say you are a "Word Expert" on your resume, do you?

The sooner you start learning the new interface, the better your chances are
at staying ahead of the competition for those jobs that require a "Word
expert".
