How print envelope with "to"and Return address from letterhead

How do I transfer the sender's address and return a ddress to an envelope
from a letter that I have just written without actually typing it in windows
XP?
On the earlier versions of Windows it was done in one step with Mail Merge.

hi,
I assume that you have a printer that will print
addresses.
what you need to do is create a report that looking like
your envelope. use the reports control sourse to fill in
the addresses.
any thing that collects data from access and transfer
that data to any kind of printable media in considered a
report in access. this includes envelopes,labels,
tranfers, transparencies ect.
we have acces print all of our product labels. I had to
design little biddy reports - the same size as the lables.
