Hi,

I want to automate the downloading of POP3 account's mails. When I configure
an POP3 account, I don't want to download all the mails from server. I want
to down mails after a specific time stamp.

Can i achieve this?

The POP protocols don't have the ability built into them. Some servers can be
configured to refuse to tell Outlook about older messages in the Inbox that
Outlook would otherwise consider new, but that's strictly a server function
and Outlook isn't aware that the server it tricking it. In short, there's
nothing in Outlook that will allow this.

But when we configrue POP3 account, outlook downloads all the mails from
server, but next time when we do send recieve, it just download new mails.
But if we configure same account in other profile, it again downloads all
the mails from server, that means, an account in profile keeps some
timestamp to know which mail has been dwonloaded and which has not
downloaded.

Correct. Outlook itself keeps track within a mail profile. That isn't part
of the POP protocols, although the POP protocols have commands that allow
Outlook to build a list of what is has downloaded before. It's kept locally
in the mail profile, so a second PC can't know what one PC has done and
creating a new mail profile creates an empty list so that profile downloads
everything again. Each profile has its own list for each account in the
profile.

But two profiles on the same PC can know this information?

I just want to fetch this information, which OL sends to POP3 protocol when
it downlaods mails. How can i fecth it?

No. Each profile keeps track of it independently of all other profiles.

I know of no way to transfer that information between profiles.
