HOW: Outlook 20-minuts time span

Can it really be that a 300$+ program can't handle 20 minuts intervals ? I
can choose 5,10,15,30 .. etc but not define my own !

Anybody ?

Last I checked, Outlook was $109 from a full retailer and about $80 from
others.

Outlook.

Oh, and where are you trying to define this interval and in what version
of
Outlook.

The version is 2K3 and right click on the time bar in day view. can't choose
to define my own time slots !
Regarding prize $133 is not quite 300 $ is it. I stand corrected !

Apparently, Microsost has decided that it doesn't wish to support 20 minute
segments. As far as I'm concerned, this is no different than Ford not
wishing to make rear-wheel drive Escorts. However, nothing prevents you
from making an appointment that lasts only 20 minutes. The Calendar will
record such an appointment with no trouble.
