How much speed do I need

I'm planning up buying a new monitor (Dell 2405fpw, 1920x1200) that my
current video card won't handle it. When I browse the net for cards it
seems almost all of the advertised specs about video cards relate to
game play. But I'm not a gamer. Other than Internet browsing and
email, what I mostly do with my system is watch video/tv. My current tv
is dying and I want to make my system the center of my entertainment system.

So how much card do I need for this? I'd like to limit the card cost to
about $150 (the monitor will take most of my money :) . And I'm
limited to AGP 4x (AGP ver2.0). Will that easily meet my needs, or be
really underpowered? I admit, I don't have a good idea at all. Also, I
would like to use my current CRT as a second display, I assume that will
load down the video card even more.

My current system is:
Athlon XP 1600+
Soyo SY-K7V Dragon Plus
512MB pc2100 mem
2 HD's (I think the spec is ATA 100), 60GB & 80GB
ATI Radeon All-in-Wonder (32MB)
I think the Power supply is 350 Watt.

Thanks,
Jon

Anything that will do 1920 by 1200 at 60 Hz.

After posting my question I discovered my current card does support it,
at least through the analog output. I can at least try it with this
card and see if it struggles with the higher res.

Thanks,

It should also work with 1600 by 1200.
