How Many Drives On A Wire?

Hi,

How many drives can I put on one set of power supply wires?
My system has four hard disks and two CD drives. The PS has
three such sets but one is bad. Some splitters will give the
required connections (ie, three drives on each wire set) but will the
wires take the current safely? The PSU is 350W total.

Yes...the wires will easily handle the small current a harddrive or two (or
three) will draw
