Thanks. I have more than 50 (which was a limit in earlier versions of Contact
Manager - which I don't use). I have been able more since I made the post. I
have added them two at a time, and renamed only one at a time.
Perhaps it was because I had enamed and added colour to a several
catergories at once - and it had to change too much information in my
contacts file at once. I have 700 entries in my file, and a lot of them have
multiple categories.
I''ll reopen this if the problem returns.
