I want know how I can create aplications in Visual basic
that run like service in any Windows.

Have a look at the project templates for Windows services. Services are
only supported on these systems: Windows NT Server 4.0, Windows NT Workstation 4.0, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home Edition, Windows XP Professional, Windows .NET Server family.
