How make Outlook calendars interactive

We need an electronic calendar that is interactive for multiple users.
Many people need to make additions and changes to the calendar and have it
available to everyone.

A Public folder calendar can do this or a shared mailbox calendar. You need
Exchange if you wish to use either method.
