I'm still not sure about what could be causing this. If I were you, I would
not lower the alarm level. I know that it's not my software causing it.
Therefore, whatever it was, it's still there!
If I were troubleshooting this on my box, I would start up IE and then get a
user-mode dump of the process and see what's loaded into the process.
