How in FrontPage, do I partially overlay a page

I have a page and want the hyperlink to display another page on top of the
existing one without replacing the original page. This is a series of
pictures. When you mouse over the person the image changes from gray to
color and the tool tip says who they are. If I double click on the image I
want a small page showing a bio of the person to appear, but on top of the
existing page. Closing the overlay will then leave the original page. I
tried onClick but it gave me an error.

try the Spawn window popup add-in for Frontpage from www.Jimcoaddins.com

I downloaded and tried Spawn. It does the job except the the window I want
to display is included in an IE window, with title bar, etc., when I only
want my window displayed as a stand-alone. I have a Close on the window to
return. I sent my question in to Jim, hopefully Spawn does support it and I
am just not using it right. Thanks for your help.

Jim got back to me and said, "Spawn won’t do that because IE won’t do that.
What you want to do in your case is use DHTML to display a <div> that will
display that information.".
I have not used DHTML and don't know where to go next.
