how i open a prexisting database?

Normally, you would double-click on the database
Or open Access and select OPEN from the File Menu and locate the database.

ummm... several ways. Doubleclick on the filename in Windows Explorer; open
Access and use File... Open and navigate to it; open Access and use the
"folder" icon on the toolbar...

What specific problem are you having?
 
Open Access and under HELP meny you should see it under samplebases.
