How I close a dialogue box so I can go to "Save and New? Outlook

When I am entering a number of new contacts and click "Save and New" to go
directy to a new entry screen, I get message "Dialogue box is open. Close it
and try again" I don't know what the dialogue box is, where it is or how to
close it.

If you minimize all windows, does it show in the background?

As a side note, do you have Plaxo installed?
